Frequenting restaurants is somewhat of a hobby of mine. As a child, I primarily ate chicken nuggets and French fries, so most people that have known me for a while are happy that my tastes have finally matured (somewhat. I am still guilty of using fries and other unhealthy foods as a source of comfort. And I’m still, miraculously, a size 4. Imagine that).
Anyway, so back to restaurants. I’m dating a man who has worked in the restaurant industry for more than 10 years. Together we love trying new restaurants, and occasionally cook together. He is a wealth of food knowledge, both front and back of the house, so you will definitely see those influences come through on this site.
As for the cooking part, I follow a crap-ton of cooking and baking blogs, all of which I’m sure will also influence the recipes and ideas here. Sounds fun, huh?
